2016 has been a year of milestones for QSROnline as we continue to innovate in restaurant technology, add new integrations, and increase customer communication. We have collected some of the highlights.
QSROnline celebrates our first employee to reach 10 years of Service, Sr. Developer Kalen Kidd! When Kalen started with QSROnline in 2006, his desk was located in Michael Cuevas’ garage. Kalen continues to have great enthusiasm for the work he does with our Development Team.
We have also added many new staff members. Over the course of the next few newsletters, we will introduce each one.
Our partners asked for lifetime commissions, and we listened!
QSROnline is now extending 10% monthly revenue share for the lifetime of your customer referrals! Even better – your commissions grow as your customers grow. This means as your referrals subscribe more locations to QSROnline’s services, you’ll receive equal credit for their new locations.
For those customers who prefer more of a full service experience, QSROnline now offers Concierge Services. Concierge Services include mapping, manual invoice entry, inventory clean up, vendor item clean up and personalized one-on-one training. This is a customized service that will be completed by an experienced Client Service Representative. Quotes are built to your specific needs. NEW Scheduling App – Now, your employees can view their schedules anytime from their smartphone or tablet! Reduce no-shows and hold employees accountable with our Scheduling App.
NEW Managing App – Finally! An app designed with managers’ needs in mind. Manage and communicate with employees using QSROnline’s Managing App in unison with QSROnline’s Scheduling App for employees.
NEW Inventory Counting App – Counting inventory just became a lot easier! With QSROnline’s Counting App, you can count inventory from your tablet or smartphone!
In 2017, QSROnline will provide a simplified Alcohol Inventory Management solution. For customers who currently have full service package, this solution will be included in their current monthly subscription fee. The Alcohol Inventory Management Solution will include a Bluetooth scale to make bar counting easier and more accurate than ever, as well as a database of common mixed drink recipes for quick implementation.
